In the following 2 cases, you may be able to pull out the suction cup when it is not unlocked:
1. When you use it on unsuitable materials (Ex: between the seams of glass, textured acrylic...) the suction cup can be dragged or pulled up even if it is locked.
2. When you do not "continuously press and rotate" during the operation, the vacuum suction state is not completed.

If you encounter the above situation, please be sure to unlock the suction cup before using it. The unlocking method is as follows:

The adsorption principle of MAGUS suction cup is vacuum adsorption, and it is made of high-quality rubber, which is environmentally friendly and has extremely high durability.

No problem, MAGUS can be used not only on windows, but also on many smooth surfaces! For example: mirrors, polished metal surfaces, stainless steel surfaces, or glossy melamine, PVC, acrylic, plastic It can be used on smooth and flat surfaces.
However, that MAGUS cannot be used on textured surfaces. It is not suitable for use if the surface is rusted, paint peeled, waxed, the glass is broken and there are gaps, the cement space between the glass joints or any unevenness is not suitable for use.

Tips:
For a better experience, we recommend that you test the adsorption state after installation, and push it a little to see if the small test suction cup can be stably fixed.

MAGUS is made of materials such as silicone and rubber, so it is available to use in wet environments such as bathrooms and kitchens! It is okay to hang any bathroom products, grooming sets, small appliances in spaces with large changes in humidity.

Please note that the surface of the suction cup and the wall in contact with it must be dry before use. Please also do not immerse MAGUS in water for a long time or use chlorine bleach to clean.

You may hear a slight noise when shaking after using it for a few times, this is because the suction cup will be slightly stretched to achieve a fixed effect in locked state, so the size of the suction cup surface after unlocking is slightly different. If you really want to eliminate this sound, the easiest way is to take the hair dryer and blow it for 5 to 10 minutes at a distance of 3 to 5 cm from the suction cup surface of the suction cup, which can restore about 70% of the original deformation.
